St. John’s University’s Staten Island campus will hold a Colloquium on Mercy on Monday, October 24, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. in the Kiernan Suite of the Kelleher building.

Participating in the Year of Mercy proclaimed by Pope Francis, the Mercy Colloquium will discuss Walter Kasper’s book, Mercy: The Essence of the Gospel and the Key to Christian Life (Paulist, 2014). Nine faculty members, mostly from SJC, will address the book from the vantage point of his or her discipline, with discussion to follow.

Light refreshments will be served. Please invite your students and ask them to spread the word.
